Garlic Lovers Pull-Apart Bundt

Prep: 15 mins + rising time | Cook Time: 30 mins | Course: Baked Goods | Serves: 8

Garlic butter wrapped around tender bites of bread creates a pull-apart bundt-shaped sensation that is very addictive. Serve extra sauce on the side letting everyone pull off a portion at a time. This perfect dough is easy to work with. Inspired by Jessica @ A Kitchen Addiction https://www.a-kitchen-addiction.com/easy-garlic-knots/

2 ¼ cups flour

1 Tbsp yeast

2 tsp sugar

1 tsp salt

1 Tbsp olive oil

1 cup warm water

Garlic Butter:

½ cup butter, melted

6 cloves garlic, minced

¼ cup parsley, chopped

2 green onions, chopped

¼ tsp salt

In a stand mixer layer flour, yeast, sugar, salt, olive oil and water. Mix on medium speed for about 2-3 minutes. The dough will be soft and a bit sticky. Scrape dough down the sides of the bowl and cover with plastic wrap or a towel. Let rise for about an hour in a warm draft-free place, the dough should be doubled in size.

Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl and stir in all other ingredients; allow to cool a bit. Pull dough out of the bowl and roll into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface. Cut into strips lengthwise with a pizza roller then into bite-sized rounds. Butter a 10” bundt pan, roll dough rounds into the garlic butter and toss into the bundt pan, the dough fills my pan about ½ way. Allow to rise for about 45 minutes, dough should be almost doubled and nearly fill the pan. Preheat oven to 375*. Bake bundt for about 30 minutes. Test for doneness with an insta-thermometer; the minimum temperature should read 190*. Allow to cool in the bundt for 15 minutes before unmolding onto a platter or serving board. Spoon more sauce over the top just before serving the warm bread and have a bit of extra sauce in a ramekin for dipping or spooning over pulled bites on individual plates.
