Cranberry Butter

Tart cranberry sauce marries with whipped butter for a salty, sweet, tart spread; extra delicious when adding toasted walnut bits. Spread extra love on your favorite toast and use up leftover cranberry sauce as well.
¼ cup cranberry sauce
½ cup butter, softened
2 Tbsp toasted walnuts, chopped (optional)
Whip the cranberry sauce with the butter until soft and fluffy, then stir in walnuts if using. Spread over warm toasted rolls, english muffins, or your favorite toasted bread.
