Cranberry Cinnamon Immunity Tea

Cranberry citrus and cinnamon create a tasty vitamin C tea with hints of spice, honey, and everything nice for when you need a cup of comfort. Get well and stay hydrated!

4 cups water

½ cup fresh cranberries 

1 lemon

1 mandarin 

2 cinnamon sticks 

3 whole cloves 

7 black peppercorns

1-inch ginger, sliced into rounds

3 tea bags

Honey, to taste

¼-½ cup additional water per serving, to taste

In a small saucepan, heat the water and cranberries to a boil. Turn down the heat to a medium-low temperature and set a timer for 15 minutes. Continue adding (as you slice and measure) the lemon, mandarin, cinnamon, cloves, peppercorns, and ginger. Place tea bags in the mugs, strain the tea pressing on the solids, then divide between the cups. The tea will be concentrated so add some hot water and honey to your taste.
