Peanut Butter Oatmeal Latte Shake

Coffee, banana, oats, dates, and peanut butter is a shake I can wrap my mind around in the morning. It’s healthy, satisfying, and tasty! A tablespoon of chocolate or cocoa would be nice here, I used up some chocolate-covered banana bites I had in the freezer in one batch. ½ cup coffee

1 tsp espresso powder

½ cup milk

3 dates

½ banana, frozen is fine

¼ cup oats

2 Tbsp peanut butter

1 Tbsp maca powder or ground flax seeds

1 tsp vanilla

½ cup ice, optional

In a blender layer coffee, espresso powder, milk, dates, and banana. Let sit for about 5 minutes to soften the dates, add oats, peanut butter, maca or flax, vanilla, and ice if desired. Blend well to mix.
