Gingerbread Espresso Martini

Gingerbread cream liqueur, espresso and vodka martini with chocolate shavings.

¼ cup caramel sauce

2 graham crackers, crushed fine

1 Tbsp cinnamon sugar

1 shot (3 oz) espresso, cooled

3 oz gingerbread liqueur, from Trader Joes

1 oz vodka

1 oz heavy cream

Ice

Chocolate candy bar, for garnish


Pour caramel sauce into a plate large enough to dip a martini glass in. pour the crushed graham crackers onto another plate and mix in cinnamon sugar. Dip the glass rim in the caramel sauce and then into the ground crackers. Pour the espresso shot into a shaker and top with the gingerbread, cream and vodka. Add ice and shake. Pour into prepared martini glasses. Grate a dusting of chocolate on top.
