Margarita

Happy Cinco de Mayo (or whatever day you see this post)! Margaritas are always a favorite and this blended classic incorporates a delicious bit of orange liquor and agave with two types of tequila.

14 limes, juiced

2 shots tequila silver

2 shots of tequila anejo

1 shot of patron orange

2 shots of agave

4 cups of ice

Pour lime juice (I got about 7 oz) in a blender with alcohol, agave and ice. Blend really well till smooth. If you like a salted rim; pour some coarse salt on a salad plate. Rim the margarita glasses with a lime wedge and dip in salt.  This recipe made 3 margaritas with a tidge leftover.
