Double Delicious Chocolate and Peanut Butter Fudge

Dark chocolate and layered peanut butter fudge is topped with salty chopped peanuts and chocolate chips. So decadent!!! This delicious recipe is inspired by Flavor The Moments.
1 ½ cups bittersweet chocolate chips, divided
2 Tbsp coconut oil (or butter), divided
1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk, divided
1 cup peanut butter
½ cup salted peanuts, chopped, divided
Line a 8” square baking dish with parchment. Melt 1 cup chocolate chips with 1 Tbsp coconut oil in a heat proof mixing bowl over a small pan of simmering water (about 2 inches); this is your double boiler. When melted, add half the can of condensed milk and ¼ cup of the peanuts. Pour and smooth into the prepared baking dish.
In a microwave safe dish, add the peanut butter and remaining coconut oil. Microwave for 30 seconds or until melted. Stir in the remaining half of the condensed milk mixing thoroughly and pour over the chocolate layer. Top with the remaining chocolate chips and peanuts pressing them down a bit. Let chill 2 hours at room temperature before cutting.
