Lilikoi Cheese Puff Pastry Tarts

Tropical fruits adorn puff pastry tarts, cheese mixture is sweetened with lilikoi jam and garnished with lilikoi butter and fruits of choice. Tastes like Kauai, HI!
4 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup sour cream
1 lime, zested & juiced
4 oz lilikoi jelly, or more for sweeter
1 sheet puff pastry
Tropical fruits, garnish
Liikoi butter, garnish
Preheat the oven to 400*. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment or a silpat and set to one side. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, lime zest, and juice, with the lilikoi jelly. On a lightly floured rolling surface, roll a sheet of puff pastry a little larger and cut with a pastry or pizza roller into 6 equal rectangles. Score/cut ½-inch border, without slicing all the way through the dough. Arrange on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 8 minutes. Remove the pastry from the oven and fill with the cheese mixture. Bake for another 8-10 minutes. Allow to cool and garnish with tropical fruits, adding a bit of lilikoi butter and additional cheese mixture in the middle.
