Asian Dumpling Dish

Dumplings in a red curry coconut cream sauce. If you love dumplings, you will love this easy flavorful dish. I got almost all the ingredients at Trader Joe’s; this is great with a pot of rice. Inspired by Diane Morrisey of Instagram.
1 small onion, diced
8 oz cremini mushrooms, sliced
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 Tablespoon sesame oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 inch knob of ginger, minced
Garlic salt and pepper, to taste
14 oz coconut milk
11 oz Thai style red curry sauce
16 oz pkg chicken gyoza potstickers
Sesame seeds, garnish
Crunchy chili onion, optional garnish
Green onions, sliced for garnish
Cilantro, chopped for garnish
Preheat the oven to 375*. Saute onion and mushrooms in a large skillet with the olive and sesame oils over moderate heat until the onion is translucent, about 7 minutes. Stir in garlic, ginger, garlic salt, and pepper. Add coconut milk, red curry sauce, and gyoza or potstickers. Bake for 30 minutes, covered. Remove from the oven, and garnish with sesame seeds, crunchy chili onions from Trader Joe’s (or chili crisp), green onions, and cilantro. Serve hot with a pot of rice for any extra sauce.
