Cauliflower with Browned Butter Bread Crumbs

1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
4 Tbsp butter
1 clove garlic, finely minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup breadcrumbs, or panko crumbs
1 lemon, zest and juice of
Chives, minced or green onion, for garnish
Drop cauliflower florets in a large pot of boiling water. Boil for 10 minutes or until almost fork tender. Melt butter in a skillet and cook until lightly browned. Stir in the garlic, salt and pepper and breadcrumbs. Cook until breadcrumbs are browned and crunchy. Place cauliflower in a serving bowl. Spoon the crumb mixture over the top. Zest some of the lemon gratings over, and juice of half a lemon. Sprinkle with minced chives or green onions.
