Prep Time: 15 mins | Cook Time: 20 mins | Course: Dinner | Servings: 4

Incredibly tender and flavorful chicken tenders brushed with and dipped in a very flavorful copycat version of the addictive sauce everyone loves. Inspired by Annie at Maebells https://www.maebells.com/easy-keto-chicken-tenders-baked-or-air-fryer/

1 lb chicken tenders

½ recipe chick-fil-a sauce (below)

½ cup almond flour

½ cup parmesan cheese, grated

½ tsp garlic salt

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp Italian seasoning

½ tsp black pepper

¼ tsp paprika

Copycat Chick-Fil-A Sauce:

½ cup mayonnaise

2 Tbsp BBQ sauce

2 Tbsp honey

2 Tbsp yellow mustard

1 Tbsp lemon juice

½ tsp garlic powder

⅛ tsp paprika

⅛ tsp turmeric

⅛ tsp chili powder

Whisk all ingredients together.

Preheat the oven to 425*. Spray oil a rimmed baking sheet and set to one side. Brush the chicken tenders with half the chick-fil-a sauce (reserving the other half for dipping at the table). Mix the almond flour, parmesan cheese and all seasonings together. Press the chicken tenders in the almond flour mixture on both sides and lay on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, turn tenders with tongs and bake the other side for 5-10 minutes more. Check for doneness by cutting in half to ensure there is no pink left inside.
