Garlic and Honey Mustard Salad Dressing

Honey mustard salad dressing with the zing of garlic is a creamy and tangy mixture. Great with mixed greens and your favorite garden add ins.

3 cloves garlic 

1 egg

1 Tbsp Dijon mustard 

2 Tbsp dried parsley flakes 

Salt and pepper, to taste

¼ cup red wine vinegar 

½ cup classic yellow mustard 

1 cup olive oil

⅔ cup honey 

Place garlic, egg, dijon, parsley, salt, pepper, red wine vinegar, and yellow mustard in a blender and blend until smooth. Drizzle in olive oil slowly at first, then as the emulsion begins to thicken faster, then add the honey, blending well. Pour into a mason or other lidded container and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
