Garlic Chicken

A most delish chicken dish with lots of garlic and butter. Great over a pot of rice and with steamed broccoli.

4-6 chicken thighs

2 Tbsp avocado oil

Garlic salt and pepper, to taste

4 cloves garlic, chopped

2 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped

2 Tbsp butter

Dry chicken between paper towels to get any moisture off. Heat a skillet with avocado oil and season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side. Add garlic and butter to the pan and cover with a lid for a final 3-4 minutes. Always check chicken to make sure it’s done before serving.
