Pesto Acini de Pepe Pasta

Cute little peppercorn-sized pasta with a pesto cream sauce is great on its own or graced with chicken tenders and grated parmesan cheese on top. 

1 lb acini de Pepe pasta, cooked

¼ cup olive oil

¼ heavy cream

¼ cup butter

1 cup pesto

salt and pepper, to taste

Grated Parmesan cheese, as desired 

Basil leaves for garnish

Cook pasta per package directions, drain, and stir in the olive oil, heavy cream, butter, pesto, salt, and pepper. Dish into bowls and garnish with fresh basil and lots of freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
