Pesto and Garlic Roasted Tomato Tortellini

Tortellini in a garlic roasted cherry tomato cream sauce with puddles of pesto. This dish looks like Christmas with the red cherry tomatoes and puddles of green pesto.
2 cups cherry tomatoes
7 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 16 oz pkgs frozen tortellini
2 cups heavy cream
2 green onions, chopped
¼ cup basil, sliced into ribbons & for garnish
1 burrata cheese ball, sliced into pieces
8 oz pesto
Preheat oven to 400*. Layer tomatoes and garlic cloves in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 20 minutes, the tomatoes should just begin to burst and the garlic will have softened. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, add tortellini and heavy cream. Cook over medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes. Add the roasted tomatoes, and garlic to the skillet and stir. Top with green onions, basil, burrata cheese pieces, and puddles of pesto.
