Remoulade Sauce

A spicy dipping sauce for fries or smashed potatoes, topping for salmon or secret sauce for a burger. This delicious sauce is the adult version of ketchup but soo much more.


¾ cup mayonnaise

 2 Tbsp ketchup

 2 Tbsp dill pickle relish

 1 Tbsp whole-grain dijon mustard

 1 Tbsp capers

 ½ tsp dried dill

 ½ a lemon, juiced

 Hot sauce like Tapatio, a few shakes

½ tsp old bay seasoning

 ½ Tbsp horseradish

 1 clove garlic, minced

 Worcestershire sauce, a shake


Mix all ingredients together in a 2 cup mason jar or storage bowl with a lid. Let flavors marry in the fridge till ready to serve.
