Steak Burrito With Red Sauce

Grilled steak with pinto beans, cheese, tomato, avocado and all your favorite burrito ingredients topped with red sauce and more cheese to create the perfect carne asada burrito. Leftover steak is perfect the next day in these yummy burritos, have your ingredients prepped and ready to go.

Large burrito-size flour tortillas

Leftover grilled steak, chopped bite sized

Pinto beans

Tomatoes, diced

Avocado diced

Cheddar cheese, shredded

Sliced ripe black olives

Green onions, sliced

Cilantro, chopped

Sour cream

Salsa

Enchilada sauce


 Heat tortillas for 1-2 minutes over a griddle (or in a large skillet) to warm and make it more flexible without tearing. Place a row of beans, steak, and cheese in the middle and let cook for about 1 minute, then top with tomatoes, avocado, black olives, green onion, cilantro, sour cream, and salsa. Fold ends in and roll burrito tucking ends in as necessary. Place on a microwavable plate seam side down. Brush a couple of tablespoons of enchilada sauce on each burrito and sprinkle with cheese. Microwave for about 1 minute or until cheese is melted.
