Breakfast Raspberry Sauce

Hot cooked raspberries with orange juice is delicious ladles over hot pancakes, french toast, rice/bread pudding, etc. 

12 oz frozen raspberries

¼ or up to ½ cup sugar, as desired

1 Tbsp cornstarch

1 orange, juiced (or up to ¼ cup oj)

Mix the berries with the sugar and cornstarch in a medium-sized sauce pan. Stir in the oj (or the juice of a lemon) and cook until hot and slightly thickened.
