Craisin Almond Granola Bars

Craisins, chocolate chips and almonds stud these breakfast bars. They remind me of a kind bar except much softer. Always inspired by Sally at Sallys Baking Addiction https://sallysbakingaddiction.com/chocolate-cherry-almond-snack-bars/
1 cup mixed nuts, roughly chopped
1 cup dried craisins (or mix with dried cherries)
½ cup chocolate chips
Or 1 15-oz container of almonds, cashews, chocolate, cranberries & cherries trek mix (Trader Joe’s)
3 Tbsp sesame seeds
⅓ cup honey
1 tsp vanilla
2 Tbsp almond butter
Preheat oven to 250* and line an 8” square baking dish with parchment. Mix together the nuts, craisins, chocolate chips (or trek mix) and sesame seeds in a medium-sized mixing bowl. In a glass measurer, combine the honey, vanilla and almond butter. Microwave for 30 seconds and pour over the nut mix stirring to incorporate. Spread mixture into the baking dish and pop into the oven, baking for 30 minutes. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares or bars.
