Cranberry Brie Puff Swirl Rolls

Prep Time: 10 mins | Cook Time: 20 mins | Course: Breakfast | Yield: 10

Brie, cranberry cinnamon swirl puffs are messy, delicious, and amazing. I’ve added cranberry sauce and it’s a lovely and messy addition. Always inspired by Tieghan Gerard of Half Baked Harvest https://www.halfbakedharvest.com/idiot-proof-5-ingredient-cranberry-brie-cinnamon-sugar-puff-pastry-swirls/

1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed

3 Tbsp salted butter, melted

6 oz Brie cheese, rind mostly removed and finely diced

6 oz cranberry sauce

3/4 cup dried cranberries

2 Tbsp cinnamon sugar, or to taste

Preheat oven to 375*. On a rolling surface dusted with a bit of flour, roll the puff pastry just a little larger. Brush with half of the butter and sprinkle the brie, cranberry sauce, and cranberries all around. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of cinnamon sugar and roll lengthwise tightly. Brush the rest of the butter over the top and sprinkle with a bit more cinnamon sugar. Slice into about 10 1-inch slices and place slices on a baking sheet. Bake about 20 minutes. Serve warm!
