Mixed Berry Crustless Breakfast Pie

1 cup + 2 Tbsp sugar, divided
1 cup flour
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
½ cup butter, melted
2 eggs
1tsp vanilla
½ tsp almond extract
2 cups mixed berries, frozen is fine
Preheat oven to 350*. Spray oil a 9” pie plate and set to one side. In a large mixing bowl, whisk 1 cup sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt together. Add butter, eggs, vanilla and almond extract and mix in with the berries. Pour into the prepared pie plate spreading evenly. Sprinkle with the remaining 2 Tbsp sugar. Batter will be very thick. Bake for 55-65 minutes or until a toothpick tester comes out batter free.
