Raspberry Chia Jam

Raspberry chia jam with energizing honey and chia seeds. Ready to serve over yogurt, pancakes, toasted English muffins, or smoothies.


12 oz raspberries 

2 Tbsp chia seeds 

Honey, to taste

Mandarin or lemon zest and juice, optional

Microwave raspberries, and Chia seeds together in a large Pyrex measurer or other microwave-safe bowl for two minutes. Stir in a drizzle of honey and some citrus zest and juice if desired.
