Raspberry Quesadilla

Tart raspberries and melty jack cheese meld into a fabulous quesadilla with a crunchy wrap. 

Flour tortillas

Jack cheese, shredded

Fresh raspberries

Place tortilla on a griddle or in a skillet over moderate heat. Sprinkle with cheese and dot with berries, then top with another tortilla. When golden brown and just a bit crunchy, flip over and cook until the other side is golden brown.
