Smoked Salmon Tomato Bagels with Capers

Toasted bagels with smoked salmon, tomatoes, capers and a drizzle of spicy lemony sour cream sauce. Arugula would be a nice addition here under the tomato.

4 everything bagels

4 Tbsp cream cheese

1 tomato, sliced

½ red onion, diced

4 oz smoked salmon

2 Tbsp capers

2 Tbsp green onion, sliced

Spicy Lemon Sour Cream Sauce:

3 Tbsp sour cream

1 Tbsp mayonnaise

Tapatio, a few shakes to your taste

½ lemon, seeded & squeezed

Toast the bagels and spread with a layer of cream cheese, top with a tomato slice, red onion and a generous layer of smoked salmon. Top with capers, green onion and a drizzle of spicy lemon sour cream sauce.

Whisk sour cream, mayonnaise, tapatio and lemon juice till mixed. Drizzle over the bagel sandwich.
