16 oz fresh strawberries + more for topping
½ cup coconut milk
1 Tbsp honey + more for topping
1 tsp vanilla
¼ cup chia seeds
1 cup Greek yogurt
Puree 16 oz strawberries and coconut milk in a blender. Pour into a bowl and add honey, vanilla, and chia seeds. Divide between 4 ½ cup ramekins or cups and refrigerate overnight. Top with Greek yogurt, additional strawberries, and a drizzle of honey.
