Fuzzy Naval Martini Mocktail

Peaches and orange juice with a citrusy soda bubbling on top. This recipe is perfect for friends who don’t drink but want a special glass to hold at the party. Cheers!!! I wouldn’t peel the peach if using fresh as it lends a beautiful color.

1 cup peach puree, fresh, frozen (but thawed), or canned is fine

1 oz orange juice, per glass

Sprite  or other citrusy soda, to top

1 lemon, cut into wheels for garnish

Mint sprig, for garnish

Place peaches in the blender until it is a smooth puree. Place 2 oz of the puree in the bottom of a martini glass/glasses, add orange juice and top with sprite. Garnish each glass with a lemon wheel and mint.
