Pear-Tini

These fresh pear martinis are frozen and lemony too. Enjoy as you celebrate the hope of the New Year. Cheers!

2 pears, cored

4 shots vodka

4 shots lemon juice

2 shots simple syrup

2 cups ice

Pour sugar on a plate and rim 2 martini glasses with a lemon wedge. Dip glasses into the sugar. Mix pears, vodka, lemon juice, simple syrup and ice in the blender until ice is well blended. Pour into glasses. Cheers!


Dried Pears:

Preheat oven to 225*. Slice pears thin and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake in the oven for approximately 2-2 ½ hours.
