Chocolate Banana Tart

Super easy chocolate banana tart with puff pastry. This recipe is quick to make and chocolicious❣️This would be great with a scoop of ice cream on the side. Inspired by Tieghan Gerard of Half Baked Harvest https://www.halfbakedharvest.com/warm-chocolate-banana-galette/
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
2 Tablespoons butter, softened Cinnamon sugar, a sprinkling
10 oz dark chocolate chips
3 bananas, sliced in half
Honey, a drizzle
Preheat the oven to 425°. Lay a sheet of parchment on a trimmed baking sheet and set to one side. Roll the puff pastry into a rectangle on a lightly floured rolling surface approximately 10.14. Lightly score a 1 inch border all the way around without cutting all the way through. Place the puff pastry on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the 1 inch border with the softened butter, then sprinkle with a bit of cinnamon sugar. Fill the inside of the rectangle with the chocolate chips. Slice the bananas in half length-wise and place on top, cut side up. Drizzle the bananas with a bit of honey, then pop in the oven. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
