Dark Chocolate Raspberry Ghirardelli S’mores

Gooey marshmallows and tart raspberries with Ghirardelli raspberry filled dark chocolate squares. I used the classic graham cracker as it holds all the yummy gooeyness perfectly. Quick and easy to make with microwave directions in case you're not right by a campfire. Inspired by my friend Tammy. I love you berry much! 1 12.2 oz-pkg honey maid fresh stacks graham crackers

1 12 oz-pkg jet puffed marshmallows

1 3.5 oz Ghirardelli dark chocolate raspberry bar, cut into neat squares

12 oz fresh raspberries


Place 2 grahams on a plate and top with a marshmallow, microwave for 30 seconds.  Place a Ghirardelli square of raspberry filled chocolate on top and 3 raspberries then a graham lid. Microwave for 15 seconds and voila; the perfect gooey and berry s’more.
