½ cup butter, melted

1 cup sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup flour

½ tsp salt

2 oz unsweetened chocolate

⅓ cup peanut butter

½ cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350*. Spray oil a 9” square baking dish. In a 8 cup glass measurer, melt butter for 1 minute in the microwave. Add in the sugar, eggs and vanilla and stir in with a rubber scraper. Stir in the flour and salt and stir until just combined. Remove ¾ cup of the batter to another bowl and set to the side. Melt the unsweetened chocolate for 1 ½ -2 minutes in a microwave-safe bowl and stir into the remaining batter. Spread evenly into the prepared baking pan.

Stir peanut butter to the ¾ cup of reserved batter. Spoon over the chocolate batter and swirl, dipping a knife through the chocolate and peanut butter layers. Top with the mini chocolate chips. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Brownies will appear set on the surface.
