Pineapple Cream Cheese Icing

Delicious cream cheese icing is brightened with pineapple and is the perfect accompaniment to Hawaiian banana bread, or any banana bread, cakes, etc. Have a beautiful day with a touch of tropical flavor.

2 cups powdered sugar 

8 oz cream cheese, softened 

¼ cup butter, softened 

¼ cup crushed pineapple juice, some fruit ok

1 tsp vanilla bean paste

In a stand mixer, whip the powdered sugar, cream cheese, butter, pineapple juice, and vanilla bean paste together until smooth. 

Goes great with Hawaiian sourdough banana snack cake or any banana bread.
