Pumpkin Spice Latte Tiramisu

Pumpkin spice latte tiramisu with pumpkin, espresso, kahlua and pumpkin spice liqueurs.
2 3-oz pkgs ladyfingers
1 ½ cups espresso
¼ cup Kahlua liqueur
¼ cup pumpkin spice liqueur
2 Tbsp brown sugar
Pumpkin Mascarpone Cream:
8 oz mascarpone cheese
1 ½ cups heavy cream
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup pumpkin puree
¼ cup pumpkin spice liqueur
2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
½ Tbsp pumpkin spice seasoning
In a shallow bowl or pie plate, whisk espresso, kahlua, pumpkin spice liqueur, and brown sugar. Quickly dip the lady fingers into the mixture and lay them in a 8” square baking pan. Whip the mascarpone cheese in a stand mixer with the whisk attachment with the heavy cream and sugar until they reach medium peaks. Add pumpkin puree, and pumpkin liqueur and mix to blend in. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the layer of ladyfingers. Soak the remaining lady fingers and place another layer on top, spreading the remaining mascarpone evenly on top. Smooth and dust with a mixture of cocoa powder and pumpkin spice seasoning through a fine sieve. Refrigerate for 2 hours or up to 1 day before serving.
