Raspberry Brown Sugar Gratin

Prep Time: 10 mins | Cook Time: 4-7 mins | Course: Dessert | Servings:

Raspberries layered with sour cream and brown sugar make the most amazing 3 ingredient dessert. Broil until the brown sugar is nearly blackened. This dessert may not look beautiful, but it promises to taste delicious and is quick, and easy to make. Inspired by the amazing Deb Perelman of Smitten Kitchen https://smittenkitchen.com/2010/07/raspberry-brown-sugar-gratin/

12 oz raspberries

1 cup sour cream

1 cup brown sugar

Divided raspberries between four individual ramekin dishes. Spread sour cream over the berries, then press ¼ cup of brown sugar through a sieve evenly over the top of each. Place under the broiler for several minutes while watching closely. The brown sugar will be a blackened brulee color and the creamy berries will be bubbly and heated through; for about 12-16 minutes
