Air Fried Crispy Edamame

Crispy, snack worthy, cheesy edamame is your new addiction. These crispy snacks kind of clump together with the melty parmesan so it's easy to get a handful of goodness.The air fryer is the healthier way to crisp snacks up and summer time friendly as well as the dog days of summer are upon us. 

2 cups edamame (frozen is fine)

1-2 Tbsp olive oil 

1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Garlic salt, to taste

Salt & pepper, to taste

Place a layer of edamame on paper towels to absorb any liquid before placing on your air fryer tray. Drizzle with the olive oil, salt & pepper and garlic salt. Air fry at 400* for 4 minutes then stir, kind of clump close together and sprinkle with cheese. Air fry for another 4 minutes and enjoy.

For conventional baking preheat oven to 400* and bake with all ingredients for about 15 minutes.
