Chicken Fingers with Honey Mustard

Golden fried chicken tenders served with honey mustard. This is a quick and easy dish for when you’re short on time.

1 lb chicken tenders 

1 cup milk

½ cup flour 

Salt, pepper, and garlic powder, to taste 

Avocado oil, for frying 

¼ cup Dijon mustard 

1 Tbsp whole grain mustard 

2-3 Tbsp honey, to taste 

Marinate chicken tenders in the milk while measuring the other ingredients. Mix flour and seasonings in a Ziploc bag. Heat about 1” of avocado oil, or other frying oil, in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Shake the chicken in the flour and seasoning mix, then fry in the skillet for approximately 2-3 minutes per side, making certain the chicken is golden and cooked through.

Whisk together the mustards and honey to your liking and serve as a dipping sauce at the table.
