Cranberry Sauce Vinaigrette

Prep Time: 10 mins | Cook Time: 0 mins | Course: Dinner | Serves: 6

Cranberry sauce and fruity-flavored white balsamic vinegar marry to create the perfect Holiday salad dressing. This cranberry sauce vinaigrette is the taste of the Merry Season. You can make cranberry sauce, (my favorite recipe is linked below) or use purchased. This is great over mixed greens with red or green onion, apples or pears, chopped candied nuts, cranberries (fresh or dried), avocado, crumbled blue, stilton or goat cheese, etc.

⅔ cup olive oil

⅓ cup pear, cranberry, or other fruit-flavored white balsamic vinegar

⅓ cup cranberry sauce, homemade or purchased

1 tsp dijon mustard

Garlic salt and pepper, to taste

Whisk the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, cranberry sauce, dijon,  and seasonings together and pour liberally over mixed baby greens or your favorite salad ingredients. Store in a mason or other lidded jar in the fridge.
