Crispy Airfryer Garlic Parmesan Cauliflower

Delicious & crispy, this cauliflower may take center stage for dinner. It takes about 10 minutes in the airfryer and won’t heat up the whole house in the summer heat.

1 12 oz package of cauliflower florets, or 1 cauliflower head cut into florets.

1 cube butter, melted

3 garlic cloves, chopped

1 cup bread crumbs 

1\2 cup parmesan shreds

Salt & pepper, to taste

Melt the butter in a glass bowl, about a minute in the microwave and mix in the garlic.  Toss the florets to coat.

Mix breadcrumbs, cheese and seasoning together.  Add buttered florets and coat well.

Layer your airfryer tray with foil and the cauliflower.  Airfry at 410* for 10 minutes.

If using your conventional oven preheat oven to 400* and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
