Everything Marinade

Prep Time: 5 mins  | Cook Time: 0 minutes  | Course: Dinner | Yield: 2 cups

This is the best marinade for everything, with raspberry vinegar, sherry and lots of garlic and ginger. We use this on tri tip, chicken and well everything; it's great cooked into mushrooms and reduced into a sauce. It’s so flavorful!

½ cup dry sherry

½ cup soy sauce

½ cup raspberry vinegar

½ cup olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp ginger, grated

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

Mix all ingredients into a mason jar and shake well. Pour up to half of the marinade over your favorite cut of meat in a ziplock bag and store in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight.
