Tomato slices
Red onion, sliced thin
Marinate fish fillets with garlic, olive oil, onion salt and pepper, and sliced lemon in a 9.13 baking dish and place in the fridge for about 30 minutes or longer. Mix tartar sauce ingredients together in a medium-sized bowl and chill. Preheat oven to 400*. Split rolls and spread with butter and a sprinkling of garlic salt. Place on a baking sheet.
Bake fish and rolls about 10-12 minutes on different racks, testing to be sure the fish is done and cooked through the thickest part, it should look opaque white while the rolls will be lightly browned.
Spread rolls with tartar sauce, layering with lettuce, tomatoes, red onion and fish as desired.
