Tartar Sauce

Perfectly creamy and tangy tartar sauce with lots of dill and pickles.
1 cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
2 Tbsp capers
3 Tbsp dill relish
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
½ cup dill pickles, chopped small
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped fine (or 1 tsp of dried dill)
Mix all ingredients and store in a mason jar or covered bowl in the fridge.
