Garlic Dill Baked Salmon

2 lbs salmon filets
Marinade:
2 Tbsp olive oil
½ lemon, zested and juiced
2 Tbsp fresh dill or 1 tsp dried
1 tsp oregano
1 clove garlic, minced
1 pinch red pepper flakes
½ tsp salt
½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
Place salmon filets in a baking dish and top with marinade ingredients. Place in the refrigerator until ready to bake. When ready to bake, take fish out of the fridge, about 30 minutes ahead of time. Preheat the oven to 400*. Bake for 15-20 minutes, checking to make certain the middle is done.
