Garlicky Mushroom Butter

Sautéed mushrooms and garlic butter are perfect over your next steak, chicken, or a bowl of pasta, etc.

2 cups mushrooms, minced 

4 Tbsp olive oil 

4 Tbsp butter 

7 cloves garlic, minced 

Red wine vinegar, a dash

Salt and pepper, to taste

In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté mushrooms in olive oil and butter until softened, stir in garlic, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper. Spoon over a perfectly grilled steak.
