Greek Pasta Salad

Greek pasta salad with orecchiette or shell pasta, tomatoes, kalamata olives, green onion, and feta cheese. The perfect Summer side, this taste of the Mediterranean can be made a day ahead!
1 lb orecchiette, shell or other favorite smallish pasta
¼ cup olive oil
3 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
½ a red onion, diced
2 pints cherry tomatoes, halved
3 Persian cucumbers, diced
3 green onions, sliced
4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
1 cup kalamata olives, halved
1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
Cook pasta according to the package directions or until al dente. Drain and toss with the olive oil and vinegar in a large salad bowl. Season with oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Stir in the onion, tomatoes, cucumbers, green onion, feta, olives and dill. Taste and correct seasoning as desired.
