Nachos Supreme

Layers of cheese, chips, pico de gallo, beans, green onion and olives and mounds of sour cream. Nachos are an easy favorite lunch here and a great way to use up a few leftovers. Suggestions for toppings listed below, but get creative. Margaritas optional, but always a great idea.


Tortilla chips

Pinto beans or black beans

Pepper jack cheese, shredded

Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Pico de gallo, purchased

Sliced black olives

Jalapeños, sliced

Cooked chicken or hamburger 


Sour cream

Green onions, sliced

Cilantro, minced


Preheat oven to 350*. Line a baking tray with foil and layer tortilla chips with cheese and sprinkle with any number of your favorite toppings. Pico de gallo, already made, helps nachos come together in a snap. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheeses melt, then top with sour cream, green onions and cilantro.
