Rosemary Garlic Dijon Steak Sauce

Prep Time: 10 mins | Cook Time: 5 min | Course: Dinner | Servings: 6

Rosemary, garlic and dijon mustard blend in this silky cream sauce and compliment steaks perfectly. Inspired by Lee-Ann at Chef Not Required https://www.chefnotrequired.com/dijon-mustard-sauce/

2 Tbsp olive oil

5 cloves garlic, chopped

1 Tbsp fresh rosemary, stemmed and chopped fine

1 cup heavy cream

2 Tbsp dijon mustard

Salt and pepper, to taste

½ a lemon, juiced

In a medium sized skillet, saute the garlic and rosemary in the olive oil until the garlic is lightly toasted and fragrant. Whisk in the cream, dijon, salt and pepper and cook until slightly reduced and just beginning to thicken. Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice. Sauce will continue to thicken as it cools. Serve with your favorite, perfectly grilled steak.
