Prep Time: 15 mins | Cook Time: 15 mins | Course: Dinner | Servings:

Sizzling steak and veggie fajitas with all your favorite toppings. You could swap chicken strips for the steak if you like. This flavor combo here is lovely with mild spices, meat and veggies. Inspired by Julie Sterchi for Taste of Home. https://www.tasteofhome.com/recipes/flavorful-chicken-fajitas/

1 Tbsp olive oil

1 cup sweet peppers, julienned

Crushed red pepper flakes, to taste

6 flour tortillas, warmed

Toppings:

2 green onions, sliced

½ cup cilantro

½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Sour cream

Guacamole

Salsa or salsa verde

Saute olive oil, peppers, onion, zucchini and steak in a large skillet over medium heat until the onions are translucent and veggies are softened. Warm the tortillas and serve with the hot fajita strips and toppings on the side so that each may top to their hearts desire.
