Tomato Parmesan Cream Sauce with Steak

¼ cup butter
2 Tbsp flour
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup chicken broth
½ cup cream
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
2 oz cream cheese
½ cup parmesan cheese, shredded
In a large skillet, stir the butter, flour and garlic over medium heat and cook for a couple of minutes. Add in the chicken broth, cream, seasonings and tomatoes, cook until the mixture thickens slightly. Stir in the cheeses and cook until melted throughout. Serve with New York steaks, filet mignon or your favorite cut of steak.
