Artichoke Jalapeno Stuffed Mushrooms

Artichoke jalapeno dip stuffed baby bella mushrooms topped with parmesan cheese. These little mildly spicy one bite wonders can be baked or air-fried. 8 oz baby bella mushrooms

10 oz artichoke jalapeno dip, trader joes or other

5 oz parmesan cheese curls


Preheat oven to 375*. Wash and dry mushrooms removing stems (save for another dish). Fill the mushroom cavity with the artichoke dip and top with parmesan cheese curls. Place on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake for 16-20 minutes. Can be done in the air fryer at 410* for 10 minutes.
