Brie Stuffed Mushrooms

2 Tbsp butter
8 oz button mushrooms, cleaned and stems removed
2 green onions, sliced
ΒΌ cup parsley
A splash of white wine, optional
1 wedge of brie cheese
Preheat oven to 350*. In a medium skillet, cook butter and mushroom caps with a sprinkle of salt for 1 minute. Place mushrooms cup side up in a 8β square baking dish. Add green onions, parsley and a splash of wine (if using) into the skillet and stir for 1 minute. Slice the brie into chunks that will fit the mushroom cavity and stuff. Spoon parsley\green onions over the mushrooms. Bake for 15 minutes and serve warm.
