Olive oil, a drizzle
8 oz cream cheese, softened
3 cups rotisserie or shredded chicken
½ cup butter, melted
¼ cup franks red hot sauce
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp onion powder
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
½ cup blue cheese crumbles
2 green onions, chopped
Preheat the oven to 400°. Slice the sourdough batard in half lengthwise and pull the soft center out creating a cavity, reserve the bread chunks for another use, such as croutons or bread crumbs. Drizzle the batard with olive oil And place it on a baking sheet. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, chicken, butter, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and one cup of the mozzarella cheese. Mound half of the chicken mixture into each sourdough cavity. Top with the remaining cup of mozzarella cheese and bake for 16 to 20 minutes until the cheese is melty and golden. Top with blue cheese, crumbles, and green onions then cut into slices and serve.
